Meet Toni Franco

  Hard work brings success. Toni came to us with 1000 flight hours with the goal of reaching the airlines. Starting in our Luscombe 8A, he got his tailwheel endorsement and flew 130 hours in that plane. Switching to the Grumman AA1B, Toni flew every moment possible. The great year-round flying weather in Florida and his focus on building flights hours made it easy for him to fly over 100 hours per month. 

  Taking advantage of our free resume and interview prep, Toni was quickly hired by SkyWest as a First Officer on the E175 jet. Congratulations Toni! It was a pleasure working with such a fine pilot.
